Winter activities were
offered this winter, sponsored by the Allison Park Board
and Crawdaddy's
Sporting Goods from Waverly.
Crawdaddy's also provides kayaks and instructions
for the outing on Wilder Pond in the summer. (pictures
can be found on the boating
page.
The Movie Clip shows some the winter activities
taking place at Wilder Park.
Wilder Pond provides opportunities for folks to
practice, hone or learn ice skating
skills on Wilder Pond.
Wilder Mountain was very popular for families to enjoy a
great sliding hill.
Cross country skiing and snow shoeing.
(This is our first attempt to include
video to the Wilder Park website, so they leave a little
to be desired, but as we gain skills and knowledge,
we'll try to do better).
